我试过按照你的方式生成SAS和访问blob，发现不行，你可以使用官方推荐的way：https://myaccount.blob.core.windows.net/mycontainer/myblob?versionid=<DateTime>，和连接后面的 SAS。

需要注意的是，这种方式生成SAS时不需要添加BlobVersionId属性。

最后你的URL一定是这样的：https://myaccount.blob.core.windows.net/mycontainer/myblob?versionid=<DateTime>&<SAS>.
