我还注意到 AWS::EC2::Subnet CidrBlock 属性应该是

CidrBlock: !Select [ 0, !Cidr [ !GetAtt Vpc.CidrBlock, 12, 8 ] ]

和

CidrBlock: !Select [ 2, !Cidr [ !GetAtt Vpc.CidrBlock, 12, 8 ] ]

您的模板只有 一个问题 无法部署。即在你的 DBSecurityGroup 你应该有：

SourceSecurityGroupId: 
 !GetAtt WebServerSecurityGroup.GroupId

修复该问题，导致 成功部署。
