fileSynchronizer.setFilter(new SFTPLastModifiedFileFilter(remoteFileFilter));

但是要防止在后续轮询中重复的过滤器呢？

参见AcceptOnceFileListFilter。连同 SFTPLastModifiedFileFilter 你应该使用 ChainFileListFilter.
