Using jBLAS with NVBLAS

我决定 运行 mvn clean package -DskipTests 因为测试似乎通过得很好,只是程序在终止时导致分段错误。然而,当我在我的 Java 项目中使用该库时,nvblas.log 显示尽管 NVBLAS 拦截了对 BLAS 例程的调用,但它们实际上是在 CPU 而不是 GPU 上执行的. 运行nvprof --print-gpu-summary用我的程序也得出同样的结论。

这表明该库确实链接正确。然后我继续 运行 jBlas 的内置基准测试,仅通过 运行ning java -jar jblas.jar 其中 jblas.jar 是已编译的库,显然 GPU 卸载仅发生在大型矩阵上,因为 n=10n=100 时没有进行任何 gpu 调用,但 nvblas.logn=1000 记录了 GPU 计算。这让我很困惑,我希望这能帮助其他正在努力解决这个问题的人。
