安装 polyglot 时出现 Unicode 解码错误

我在安装 polyglot 和 pip install polyglot 时遇到问题。我检查了 setup.py，编码是 utf-8，这对所有语言来说都是正确的。我尝试将编码更改为 utf-16 但出现了同样的问题。
