kotlin.TypeCastException: null cannot be cast to non-null type android.net.ConnectivityManager

您对 isNetworkAvailable() 方法的模拟未正确模拟。所以 val connectivityManager = getSystemService(Context.CONNECTIVITY_SERVICE) as ConnectivityManager 这个方法正在执行，你得到这个异常。
