如何在 nginx 中不使用 if 而使用 map 模块 --with_geoip2_module （动态）来阻止除所选国家外的所有国家和除所选以外的所有 ip，使其像这样工作：

但没有 if?

The only 100% safe things which may be done inside if in a location context are:
return ...;
rewrite ... last;

所以你的 if (...) { return 503; } 块是完全安全的。要排除第一个 if 块，请使用
