jupyter notebook 打不开：访问被拒绝
jupyter notebook doesn't open: Access Denied

- OS: Ubuntu 20.04
- 发行版：Anaconda 2020.07 Linux x86_64
- 当前默认浏览器：Firefox 81.0 64 位
我的工作：
- 打开终端
- cd 到特定路径
- 运行
jupyter notebook
会发生什么：
- Firefox 打开但显示此消息：
ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved
The following error was encountered while trying to retrieve the URL: http://localhost:8888/tree?
Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.
Your cache administrator is root.
注意：我以前使用GoogleChrome作为我的默认浏览器，它运行良好。但是我决定切换到 Firefox 而不是一次我可以在 Firefox 中使用 Jupyter。
P.S：我不想再切换回Chrome！
使用代理时可能会出现此问题。您可以禁用代理和 运行 Jupyter！
