我有一个基于 Azure 的聊天机器人，并已成功与 MS Teams 集成。目前仅支持文字聊天。我想启用语音聊天（语音到文本）。
使用 Web 聊天，这很容易实现，但使用 MS Teams，我无法找到直接的方法。
目前 Microsoft Teams 频道不支持 voice/speech，Webchat、Direct Line 和 Cortana 频道支持语音。团队有 calling and meeting bots which allows to have IVR with Bots and there are communications API
