我遇到了类似的问题。可能与最新的节点 (v15) 和 npm (v7) 版本有关。

尝试使用 node:lts 或 node:lts-alpine 图片。

我通过卸载这个 tslint 软件包解决了这个问题；事实上，因为这里所说的包不再维护 https://www.npmjs.com/package/tslint

tslint 版本与 tslint-config-airbnb 不兼容，后者也已弃用 https://github.com/progre/tslint-config-airbnb
