似乎有人设置了 PGDG 存储库，但没有安装 PostgreSQL。所以解决方法很简单：删除存储库配置。

如果存储库是在 the instructions from the PostgreSQL site 之后设置的，解决方法应该很简单，只需删除 /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list。
