您的一个 ScrollView 会将所有事件发送到第一个在 dispatchMotionEvent 上回答为 true 的视图。

您可以避免在您的应用中使用此类场景，或者覆盖所有 dispatchMotionEvent 方法（来自滚动和视图）以不使用 ACTION_DOWN。

我遇到了同样的问题。它仅在 NestedScrollView 内容高度小于设备屏幕高度时发生。因此，解决方法是对 NestedScrollView 内的视图使用 setMinimumHeight(..) 方法，使其调整到屏幕高度：
