正如您的错误所说，您有一个非唯一索引。这会导致 xarray 出现问题，因为您可能会向它发送相互矛盾的数据。每个经度和纬度都应该有一个唯一的值。因此，您要么需要删除重复项，要么对每个 lon/lat 中的值进行平均。如果您只有重复项，以下内容将起作用：

df=df.drop_duplicates.reset_index(drop=True)
