应该可以让它工作。您使用哪个 Windows 版本？专业版还是家庭版？哪个分布？ 2010？请确保导航到 WAMP 安装文件夹，然后特别是 www 文件夹。我使用的命令是这样的；

composer create-project --prefer-dist cakephp/app:~4.0 cake
