我注意到您的 varnish.service 文件归 vcache 所有并具有 rw-r--r-- 权限。

我建议你执行 chown root:root varnish.service，因为我假设 systemd 没有打开文件的正确权限。

另请确认服务文件托管在 /etc/systemd/sytem 中，因为您的一张屏幕截图表明其中一些文件存储在 /etc/systemd。

Long story short, systemd will try to start services using the root user. Make sure this user has read and execute permissions to access this file.
