当您想使用一个动作时，您指定动作名称和动作的版本到运行 .这一行：

    - uses: actions/checkout@test-master

表示您要在版本 test-master 上使用 actions/checkout 操作。没有这样的动作版本。

你想要actions/checkout@v2。如果您想查看您的分支 test-master，请将其指定为操作的选项。例如：
