更改 TabNine 在建议中的优先级 window

我在 VSCode 中使用 TabNine 已经有一段时间了。除了当我不得不选择 function/other 个名字而不是 TabNine 的建议时，它一直很棒。

不过有a fork of the vscode plugin which adds this option（我自己用过，觉得挺好用的）
