我尝试在 Windows cmd 中运行 python setup.py install，但出现此错误。在 MAC 中我只是更改为 sudo python setup.py install，但在 Windows 中不是 suod。我试过 runas 也没有用。我也试过python setup.py install --user安装不报错但是功能没有用。有没有人有什么建议？谢谢
