create-react-native-app@1.0.0 已经不支持了，那个版本是4年前发布的，最新版本是3.5.3。您可以省略版本以获取最新版本 - yarn global add create-react-native-app 或使用 yarn create react-native-app 或 npx create-react-native-app.
