错误源与 Python 或包 pycurl 无关。这是由于 RHEL 上缺少 libcurl-devel。

错误message/trackback没有把这个说清楚

在 RHEL 8 中，我使用 sudo dnf install libcurl-devel 安装库。

后来，pip install pycurl==7.43.0.6解决了这个问题。
