手动：转到用户 profile - 在右上角有 关注用户 并且在它旁边的菜单 阻止用户/举报用户.
通过点击阻止用户，他已从我的关注者中删除。
找不到 api 替代方案。

Is there any way to delete followers? I know about "Block User" option but it's not exactly what I want. Github API methods are also suitable.

No, this isn't currently possible.

然后再给他解封。
