你只有运行宁mvn azure-webapp:deploy吗？

确保你先运行 mvn package，或者 mvn package azure-webapp:deploy。否则它只会重新部署相同的 WAR 文件。如果你想在生产模式下运行包含 -Pproduction 标志。

我自己建了一个项目，可以重现你的问题。在运行再次 mvn azure-webapp:config 两次并更新 Application 和 Runtime 之后，它似乎工作了。

这对 pom.xml 进行了两项更改，试试这些：

在 azure-webapp-maven-plugin 中的 <configuration> 下添加 <deploymentType>war</deploymentType>。
将 <webContainer>jre8</webContainer> 更改为 <webContainer>TOMCAT 9.0</webContainer>。
