php 表格错误

Question

我正在为我的网站制作一个联系我们的小表格。即使我正确输入了所有信息，我也没有收到邮件。

即使我正确输入了所有详细信息，它也说有一些错误，但没有任何反应。

谁能帮我看看问题出在哪里，我该如何解决？
