此环境位于我的公司代理之后，okteto.exe 可能无法使用 Windows 代理设置。当我直接输入URL(https://github.com/syncthing/syncthing/releases/download/v1.10.0/syncthing-windows-amd64-v1.10.0.zip)就可以使用代理下载了。
是否可以在代理后面使用 okteto？
Okteto 当前不支持使用代理。不过，我们正在调查。
目前，解决方法是手动下载 syncthing 二进制文件并将其另存为%HOME%\.okteto\syncthing.exe
