好吧，过去一个小时我一直在尝试安装 pywintypes 库，并搜索到它是 pypiwin32，但它不起作用，无法构建另外尝试通过下载源代码手动安装它和运行 setup.py 但得到了同样的错误：我得到这个错误并且我有 python 3.10

pywin32 版本 302（不是 pypiwin32，看起来像是 2018 年的错误）已于 2021 年 10 月 10 日上传到 PyPi，并在更改日志中声明：

Support for Python 10, dropped support for Python 3.5 (3.5 security support ended 13 Sep 2020)
