具有范围 provided 的另一个依赖项的依赖项不会导致 provided 依赖项位于类路径中。它可能在那里是因为测试或构建需要它。

所以你应该做的是检查你的最终部署单元（你自己的 jar/war）并检查 jar 是否在 lib 目录中。如果它是其他东西是 managing/including 那个依赖。（您可以使用 mvn dependency:tree 来确定是哪一个）。
