1: <security:global-method-security pre-post-annotations="enabled"/>

2：我放在appServlet-servlet.xml

3: 我添加了 cglib-nodep-3.1.jar 到我的库

4：我使用@PreAuthorize("hasRole('ROLE_ADMIN')") 而不是@secured

更新到 spring 核心 4.0。5.RELEASE 为我修复了这个错误。
