另一件事：

    InputStream xsd = inputStreamFromClasspath("/xml/students_xsd.xml");
    return Utils.class.getClassLoader().getResourceAsStream(path);

ClassLoader 使用绝对路径，没有前面 /.
A class 使用可能的相对路径（相对于它的包），并且对于绝对路径需要前面的 /.

任一个（我的偏好，模块化更好java）

    InputStream xsd = inputStreamFromClasspath("/xml/students_xsd.xml");
    return Utils.class.getResourceAsStream(path);

或（需要更正所有调用）

    InputStream xsd = inputStreamFromClasspath("xml/students_xsd.xml");
    return Utils.class.getClassLoader().getResourceAsStream(path);

因为那个斜杠，你获得了 null 资源。
