Unable to Create AWS Segamaker, Error: The account-level service limit 'Number of elastic inference accelerators across all notebook instances.'

默认情况下，AWS 会限制您可以使用的实例数量，这里您使用的是默认值 limits. As the error message says, you have to request for a limit increase, you can do it from here，根据我的经验，这需要几天时间。
