您正在对二进制编码的空引用调用方法 getWidth()。 应该改为这样做,

Bitmap bitencode = BitmapFactory.decodeResource(getResources(), R.drawable.yourBitmap);

那么,

bitencode.getWidth();

使用此方法转换位图。
