任何自定义操作运行没有提升权限（管理员），这可能是它失败的原因。

假设您的自定义操作直接启动一个 .exe 文件，Windows 安装程序在幕后使用 CreateProcess 而不是 ShellExecute，并且这不会在进程启动期间提升。因此，这意味着您必须使用已经提升的自定义操作计划。

限量版中，只有"After Register Product"和"After System Changes"两个调度位置提升。
