无法登录 tomcat 管理器

我唯一做的就是更改管理员用户的密码，我不能再登录了!!!!!!我收到了 401 未经授权 (?!?!) /etc/tomcat7/tomcat-users.xml:

您需要先定义角色才能使用它们，添加：

 <role rolename="standard"/>
 <role rolename="manager"/>
 <role rolename="manager-gui"/>

另外需要重启服务器，因为这个文件只在启动时读取一次
