您所做的是创建一个包含列表的列表。看这段代码：

searchTerms = ["#Xfactor", "#Yfactor"]
q=[searchTerms]

print(searchTerms)
>>> ['#Xfactor', '#Yfactor']
print(type(q))
>>> [['#Xfactor', '#Yfactor']]

您要搜索的不是 searchTerms，您要搜索的是该列表。

所以现在您感兴趣的推文必须包含文字 ['#Xfactor', '#Yfactor']。要解决该问题，请将 q 更改为：

tweets= tweepy.Cursor(api.search,q=searchTerms,
