我想在后台运行应用程序 运行 并每小时检查一次交通数据。这可能吗？我似乎找不到不打开应用程序就可以间隔刷新流量数据的解决方案。

使用google directions api, fetch duration from legs and if you want to do in background - then do it in a Service.
